Practice Parts
for the
and also for cyber-choristers, whoever you are.
(Be my guest ~ all I ask in return is a quick note to DrSpeedbump@DrSpeedbump.com
perhaps with a link to your web site or at least telling me where you sing.)
Play on-online (Left Click) OR Download (Right Click>Save Target As). I split out the soprano and alto parts for just a few numbers. For the others, to isolate one voice part, you’ll can ask me nicely ~ or do it yourself. I recommend VanBasco’s Karaoke Player (one of the best musical programs available ~ and it’s free), so you can control the tempo. Perhaps: (1) Mute the other parts until you learn yours. (2) Practice with all the other parts. (3) Mute your part to find out if you really know it. (4) Give the serious music a rest and have some serious fun with family Karaoke. Singing with the kids might be the most worthwhile singing you’ll ever do. (There’s a karaoke search engine included in the VanBasco player.)
